Issue - space request form showing up for everyone
I'm creating a "space only" request form. However, it's showing up when my team goes to the green circle with the "+" symbol for them to be able to use, as well. I thought request forms created in the space is only accessible to those who have access to that space. Is that not accurate? Screenshots below.
If not, can I adjust it to make the request form private to that space?

is your space a private or public space? one thing you can do is specify certain users/groups that can see it by updating the visibility:
you can create a new group of people, via Users in Settings (e.g. managers), that would only need to use that form and only they would have that visibility. 😶
This is a private space and currently I only have my two accounts as "users" who can use the space. However when I test it from a "test" user who isn't part of the private space, they still see it when they go to "request forms" via the Green + Dot at the top right side of wrike.

Hi Aimee Reistad, thank you for bringing this up. Request forms created in Spaces can be managed by Space admins, but their visibility is not automatically limited to Space users only. With this being said, as Daniel Garcia mentioned, there is a feature that allows you to let only certain Users or User Groups see the Request form. Hope it helps!😊

With the addition of Space Templates in Wrike, I think it would be beneficial to have an option to limit a space request form to users in that particular space only.
I am setting up a Space template with some default request forms and I want the forms to automatically be visible to users in that space only. I don't want to have to remember to go in and change the visibility anytime users in the space change.
