REQUEST FORMS: Condition Response - New Form
I am comfortable in how to condition responses by directing user to certain pages within the request form based on a response. However, I wondered if there is a way to direct user to complete a new form. For example:
- If the question is, “Will this product purchase result in the need for a follow-up campaign?”
- No.
- Hitting “Submit” will conclude the Request.
- Yes.
- Hitting “Submit” will open up (direct user to) “New Campaign” Request form.
- The result would be to allow the “New Campaign Request Form” to be used at the time a New Product is set-up as well as any time someone needs to request a new marketing campaign; one form, two uses.

I wonder if conditional subprojects may be helpful here. In your case, you could set up a subproject to be created upon the positive answer to the question, and that subproject would be used for the follow-up campaign. This subproject can also be launched from a template where all the necessary steps have been outlined already. Could this help?

Have you tried conditional subprojects as Lisa suggested above here? If you need any further assistance, let me know.
@... There's several questions we'd still want the user to answer, so the conditional subproject doesn't work for us. We've tried using blueprint/templates in this manner but our users don't catch on. The request forms are the holy grail for us to collect all the information required for our workloads.
