[Status:Launched! ๐] Show Project Name on My Work and Timesheet
It would be great if the project/folder name showed when users on selecting their Task in Timesheets or viewing their tasks on My Work screen. The Folder field on timesheets populates after a task is selected, it seems like both could show when making your selection. I realize Prefixes are a solution, but that's adding additional text to the task name that just lengthens/clutters the field.
Great idea, and in general should have project name visible (or hint) wherever tasks appear. Note that the labs My Tasks do show it, which is great, but I could not move to short tasks names like "review" as this is not consistent across Wrike

We have 80+ creative projects running, based on one of three different project blueprints. So this means the same task name shows up repeatedly if you are trying to use the timesheet to add your time. It's only once you select the task that you can see the project folder. You should be able to see the complete task name and the complete folder name at the same time when adding an entry. And the prefix option doesn't really work, because then the task names become incredibly long.ย
The My Work works better because I can see the task and project folder simultaneously.
I'm extremely confused about why this isn't already the way this works. Does Wrike not expect users to be working on multiple projects simultaneously?
I will be working on 5-6 very large, very similar projects at a time, and each of them will have the same set of tasks and subtasks to complete. I'd like to know, at a glance, which project the task "Place printer order" is for. I would expect it to appear next to, or even instead of, the folder tags that currently appear.ย
Okay, so it seems the project name is visible as long as the task is not inside a folder within the project. It should show for tasks inside folders, as well.

Great news! In the meantime, a workaround is to add the same color to all the project's subfolders. This seems okay as long as I have a fairly small number of projects.ย
