How do I cancel my Trial subscription

I am down to 1 day on my trial period and do not want to subscribe at this point. (Our Management team has not made a decision yet)

How do I cancel my trail so that it doesn't switch to a paid plan? Do I delete the account?

Hi.

I was trying to sign up for a free account, but got the free trial instead. How can I change this? There's no team to collaborate with right now, but hopefully, there will be. The paid accounts are a bit more than I can handle right now.

Hi Mark Collins, welcome to the Community! Here is how you can change your account from a trial version to a free version.

  1.  Go into the Account Management menu in Wrike.
  2. Select Subscription and select the "Purchase Subscription" button.
  3. When asked about your team size, choose a team of 5.
  4. When you've done that, the option to downgrade to a Free Plan will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

Once these instructions are followed, your account will be free then. Hope this helped!

You can cancel your trial subscription by reaching out to the Support team here. If you'd like to change your account from a trial subscription to a free one, be sure to follow the method in my comment above.

Hi Nelita A. Sigua, sorry to hear that our platform does not quite meet your expectations. Your trial won't be converted to a paid subscription unless you decide to upgrade it and add credit card details. To switch to the Free plan during your trial, please follow these steps:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of your Wrike workspace.
  2. Select Settings from the drop-down.
  3. Open Subscription under the Account management section in the left panel. 
  4. Click Purchase subscription.
  5. Choose 5 users as the size of your team.
  6. Select Downgrade to Free Plan in the upper right-hand corner.
