how do i unsubscribe?

You may be talking about unfollowing items in Wrike perhaps?

No, I want to unsubscribe to Wrike, not unfollow.  I have read some instructions on how to, but when I click on my account icon, I don't have Manage account.

I dont want to leave Wrike, but I need to stop the emails. There isnt an email settings option in my profile dropdown.

Hi @Timothy, welcome to the Community 🙂

Here are the instructions on how to edit email settings:

Edit Email Notification Settings

1. Click on your profile image in the Workspace's upper right-hand corner. 
2. Select “Profile settings” from the dropdown. 
3. Click the “Email Preferences” tab. 
4. Scroll to the section "Task, project, and folder updates" or below. 
5. You will see a list of email notification options. Check or uncheck the box to the left of each option to enable or disable that type of notification.

Disable all email notifications

If you no longer want to receive any email notifications regarding changes to the Wrike Workspace, you can:

1. Click on your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of the Wrike Workspace.
2. Select “Profile settings” from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the “Email Preferences” tab.
4. Scroll down to the "Regular Notifications" section.
5. You will see a list of email notification options. Uncheck the boxes to the left of all email notification options.
