Dynamically build or update a document based on custom field values in Wrike

We’re currently facing a bottleneck in one of our processes, and I’d love to hear if anyone has tackled something similar—especially using Workato.

Here’s our setup:

We have built CIT with custom fields. I’m already using Workato to automatically create a folder in SharePoint and copy the document template there.

The challenge:
We want to dynamically build or update the document based on custom field values in Wrike. 
We have a document template in docx in which we have several placeholders (We were thinking of having them in handlebars, like {{ this }} but we can change them), and we would like to map our custom fields to these placeholders and have the file (with the values) as our output.

The goal is to:

• Automatically generate the document once an instance of the CIT reaches a specific status in Wrike (e.g., Approved)
• Save it to a designated SharePoint folder
• Send it to DocuSign for signature

If you’ve implemented something similar—or have ideas on how to structure this with Workato—I’d really appreciate your insights!
