New Year, New Goals: What's on Your Wrike Agenda? 💚

Use the Effort feature to be able to plan the resources of my team.

My goal will be to clean up our existing roll out and see how we can streamline project deployments going forward and increase by in/ease of use for the team.

I would like to see how new dashboards or automation can reduce/eliminate the need to go through old post to see what work has been done and what is coming up.

My goal for 2025 is to receive my Wrike Certification and try to move up the ranks in the Wrike community.

My goal is to better understand and create reports. 

I hope to get our whole staff more and more integrated in Wrike, while avoiding unnecessary items and notifications ;-)

My goal is to become a Wrike Blackbelt this year to better help the community and team members.

My 2025 Wrike Goals include helping to clean up our custom fields, learn more and help implement some Wrike Integrate recipes, and start using some of the Generative AI features. 

Have the whole team checking their personal dashboards each morning to check tasks (instead of keeping a notepad). Being able to report on the sheer volume of work by task type to be able to share concrete data on the need for more resources.

My goal in 2025 is automate the creation of all new project taking info from our ERP avoiding 240h in manual insert data in 2024

In 2025 the goal is to restart development on our business processes especially for Project work as well as reincluding colleagues to Wrike again.

I'm hoping to get SR&ED credits at the end of this tax year based on hypotheses logged and tagged by my team in Wrike. 

For 2025, my Wrike resolution is to optimize project efficiency and enhance collaboration in my role as a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) Designer. Here are my key focus areas:

1. Streamline Task Management: I aim to improve how I organize, prioritize, and track tasks within Wrike, ensuring smoother project execution and better alignment with deadlines.

2. Data-Driven Insights: I plan to leverage Wrike Analyze even more effectively to gain deeper insights into project performance, helping me make quicker, more informed decisions.

3. Enhance Team Collaboration: I will utilize Wrike’s collaboration features to ensure clear communication and real-time updates, reducing delays and increasing team alignment.

4. Improve Reporting: I aim to use Wrike’s reporting tools to generate more detailed, actionable reports that can help me identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

5. Increase Automation: I will explore ways to automate repetitive tasks and workflows, allowing more time to focus on strategic elements of my traffic management planning.

By focusing on these areas, I aim to not only improve the efficiency and success of my traffic management projects but also foster a more collaborative and data-driven work environment throughout 2025.

Our 2025 goal is to onboard outstanding members of the business; we currently sit around 85% adoption. Once this is complete, we can work towards our goals of greater transparency and efficiency across all projects!

My goal is to get the last two departments left into Wrike to track their department projects and to incorporate some more integrations.

This year we're looking to bring project estimations into Wrike - these are a large burden on our sales teams in the excel formats they currently use, and I believe we can semi-automate it, plus have GANTT and project plan creation done at the same time (instead of after!)

Prioritizing tracking for the sake of reporting!

My goal is to make some worflows leaner, more practical/simple.

My personal goal is to complete the Wrike Certified Professional course/exam by March. 

My professional goal is to help my organization continue to grow and develop into the best PMO at our company, and Wrike is a huge asset in our toolbox towards meeting that goal. It's allowing us to collaborate more efficiently, reduce dependency on meeting time, and empowering leaders in our organization to more easily make data-driven, well-informed strategic decisions. We have a long way to go with customization and adoption, but I'm confident we'll be in a better place a year from now if we keep on the path we're on!

Our goal for 2025 is to report the workload of previous years to enhance our new dashboards, ensuring alignment with both departmental and company goals. Any resources or support for the marketing/creative team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
