Expand/Collapse Projects
Is there a way to expand/collapse all your projects while in list view? I have several projects and sometimes just want to see at a high level versus at the task level.

Is there a specific reason you need to be in list view? This would certainly be possible in table view.
If all of your projects are contained within a single folder, you can set the view in that folder to be List view, but it truly is just project name and status:
My preferred view for this is Table view because it gives me more information (and I can tailor which columns are showing in a custom table view)
In List View you cannot expand all projects and folders but you can see all tasks contained by using "Task from subfolders" option
As much as I prefer List view, your best bet will be in Table view. That one is the best for seeing all projects, subprojects, tasks, etc. That view will give you the most details when looking for all high-level activities.
