Submitted Brief Creates Project and Tasks from Blueprint

Objective:

1. When a new brief is submitted it automatically creates tasks that I have already created in a project blueprint, so we only have to do minor tweaks to the project upon submission.

Issue:

1. When I select "Create Project From" Blueprint, then test it by submitting a new brief. I see the brief, the information (if any) in the brief that I have as part of the Blueprint, but NONE of the tasks appear.

Attempt 2:

1. I converted my blueprint project into a folder.

2. Selected "Create Tasks From" Blueprint, and go to chose the blueprint folder, but it doesn't appear, only individual task and this is a set of several tasks I need pulled in. So that doesn't work either.

3. Solve (not a solution): I could create a project that puts all of the main tasks and subtasks from my blueprint project under one main task, and it will pull in properly, BUT then we'd have to move them out out of the main task and delete it, to get what we're really aiming to. Not the end of the world, but not a solution, as we're working on building efficiency and that creates an additional step.

Appreciate any help anyone has. I know I've done this in the past, however, not coming across it right now...it's changes a lot since I've last done it and none of the articles, walkthroughs, etc, I'm finding quite get me there. Thank you for all of your help.

Aimee Reistad, can you share some screenshot about your form and blueprint.
I think you can achieve your goal, but I don't understand where you have errors ;)
