Can you convert spaces into folders or projects within a different space?
Currently, we have individual team spaces (creative, video production, social media, photography, etc.) but with a recent reorg and more collaboration between the teams - I want to convert those individual spaces into folders within another main space - is that doable? Or can you only convert projects or folders to their own space? Would save me a whole lotta time with tagging and moving things if I could just convert the space to a folder in another space....Thanks friends!
Hi Adrienne Berlin, you cannot convert spaces into projects or folder.
I advise you to create a FOLDER inside Space, then move all projects and folders in it (use new table view to make it in bulk) and then add NEW FOLDER in main spaces.
Then you need to move all workflows, automations, custom fields and custom item type into main space.
