Work Schedules for Job Roles
Greetings everyone,
I have a question and I think I know the answer.
I have a supply chain work schedule for Chinese Holidays. A few of our vendors are based in mainland China. I have created these vendors as "Job Roles".
When I make my schedules, I would like to assign this work schedule to the job roles I have for these vendors so I can show when their national holidays are and have my timelines reflect it. I do not want them to have an account within Wrike,
So far, I don't think this is possible and if I want to get something like this in with the current functionality, i'll have to consume one of my external or collab seats to make this possible. Maybe send it to some burner email address?
Hi Adam Reusche, thank you for sharing this question with us. May I ask if assigning the work schedule to a collaborator user? Collaborators don't take up paid user seats in your account. Also, you can allocate the job role you created to this user.
