Assign Custom User Types

Hello! 

I'm a new admin in my team's Wrike account and I am having trouble assigning custom user types to my teammates. 

I am able to create new ones, but when it comes to assigning a custom user type to someone, my only options are: Regular User, External User, Collaborator.

My own Manage Permissions settings have these two options enabled:

  • Manage Access Roles
  • Manage User Types

Anna Giacobbe - This will have something to do with access level and account settings. It's beyond what I know how to do, but I'm betting @... or Lisa from the Wrike community team can help. They'll have more insights into how the different accounts are set up.

Hi Anna Giacobbe, welcome to the Community! This can likely be fixed by editing your admin permissions. Please, kindly ask your account owner (here's how you can find out who the account owner is) to grant you the right to make other users admins. The instructions to achieve this are included in the first link I shared with you - just in case, you can find them here.
