New Task View

This morning, I saw the new task view in Lightspeed.  While I think it is a good improvement, I was hoping that we would be able to pick some items that we would like to see on the top row of the task view without selecting "more".  For instance, on my task view I would like to be able to replace the "time spent" feature that I never use with the "followers" icon which I use all the time and would also like to have the "star" feature readily available on the top row of the task view as well.  Kudos to the changes made so far as they are much better in my opinion.

I agree that being able pick what information shows without clicking "more" would be helpful, but I think only having 3 spots there a waste of space.

I actually don't like having the "more" button and having everything appear underneath when it opens up. It bringing the task view style back to what it was before lightspeed. I liked having it to the side so that I could have it open and reference the information there while looking at the details of the task. Now I have to constantly scroll up and down to see it all. Maybe it could be an option for users? Click "more" and have it open below or to the right? and an option to keep it pinned.

I agree with Claire Findlay.  I was deeply disappointed in the update this morning.  The custom fields are now disorganized in a "tray" again.  We loved the layout with the side panel because it allows for so much flexibility in what information can be viewed at a glance without hindering access to the description and comments fields.

Agree! Our team relies heavily on filling out Custom Item Types for our Reporting. Having them now hidden makes it more challenging to keep track of and forces an additional step to see. Out of site, out of mind. Ideally these would be visible in some capacity whether through the side bar or top nav as others have suggested.

Hiding them also feels like it reduces the value of the Custom Item Type view and giving us the opportunity to customize what is visible for our teams.

Wade & Lyra-Transition you can do that if you use Custom Item types.  You can rearrange the fields anyway you want.
