[From Wrike] Create Subtasks Out of Blueprints in Task View ↪️

固定された投稿 注目の投稿
Hi everyone 🙋🏻‍♀️

We're excited to announce that you can now create subtasks from Blueprints right from the Task view.

How?
  1. Start by opening a task in the Task View.
  2. Click the ''Add subtask'' button from the Task View panel.
  3. Click the "Task" with the caret to open the menu, and select the subtask you want to create from your blueprints.

4. After selecting the subtask, a pop-up will display.

Here, you can:
  • Change the task name
  • Specify whether or not you want to send Inbox notifications to assignees upon creation of the task
  • Reschedule all subtasks
  • Set new start and end dates
  • Can check the ''Add another'' box so that the pop-up remains open and you can launch another task from the blueprint

5. Finally, click "Create" - your subtask is successfully created from Blueprints 🎉

A quick note - Blueprints help you to easily generate a task, folder, or project with attributes you've already specified which can save you a lot of time ⏱

All users except Collaborators can create Blueprints to manage projects, folders, and task templates and keep them separated in the Blueprints section.

Hope you like this update from our team!
