calssification or organisation of documents
It should be possible to classify the documents "internal" "external" or to organize the documents in different folders in the same task. It would be very helpful!

That's a very interesting idea. Would having a subtask for each and adding the 'internal' and 'external' documentation to the relevant one work for this purpose? Thanks 👍

no, that wouldn't work.
We work in one and the same task with internal and external documents because we need the release process for all files equally. Pushing these into different tasks would make our process very confusing.
