Reset Checkboxes to Unchecked when duplicating a project
Currently, when duplicating a project, all completed tasks get reset to Not Started automatically. However, any checked checkboxes remain checked in the duplicated copy, thus having to manually uncheck them in each task. Could you automatically uncheck all checkboxes in all project tasks when a project is duplicated?
Hi Eliska Ohler, thank you for your feedback, it will be passed on to our Product team 👍
Could you please let me know if you've tried using custom item types for repeatable work? It's possible to create project-based items and have a default description with checkboxes:

Hi Lisa,
My team is not using custom item types. All of our projects and blueprints were created prior to custom item types coming out. And the regular tasks work well for us. Often we copy old projects for repeat work, rather than fill out all of the custom fields and assignees again when those are the same project to project.
In any case, task status when we duplicate, resets from Complete to Not Started. Why could the same not be available for checkboxes in the description?
Got it, thanks a lot for sharing more detail on your processes Eliska Ohler. I've passed your feedback to our Product team 👍
