Hi Алексей, I think some top-level Folders might not be shared with you. It sounds like there are two main blocks - Projects and Tenders, which aren't shared with you right now. Can you have a colleague check to see if the appropriate Folder is shared with you? Let me know if it is already shared with you, we can talk about what else to do!
