Request forms need to be assigned to groups
It would be necessary to assign a request form task to user groups.
Image the request form: Password Request
This should go to the Group "IT Admins" in case of holiday

Hi Hans, I can completely see where you're coming from. Currently, groups cannot be assigned to tasks and this logic was purpose-built like this. With many project management best practices, tasks are done quicker when individuals are assigned to rather than groups.
Thanks for sharing your use case on this, it gives the Product Team concepts to discuss when reviewing this in the future.
As an alternative solution, you can add the group, IT Admins, by sharing the Folder with the group where these requests are created. This way they'll be able to check this Folder for any outstanding/new requests. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for but may be useful here to ensure the correct team can check for new requests. For example, you might create a Folder named 'New IT Requests', which the team/manager can check periodically.
