wrike does not send email to shared users

The shared user to a folder or project does not receive mail after adding 
comment by placing "@". This error does not happen with all users.
What can it be?

Hi David, we definitely want to figure out what's going on. Would you like users to get an email notification when they @mention themselves? Or is the person being @mentioned not receiving an email notification? If it's the second option, then it might be their email notification settings. If you could have them check to make sure they have the option for @mentions enabled that would be a great first step.
