Collaborator Visual Comments Possible?
Hi,
I know from your help articles that collaborators can comment on tasks and that I can have an unlimited number of collaborators without extra cost. I would like to know if collaborators can make visual comments to .jpg files as you see below. I like this functionality as this allows us to send files to our clients who can comment on them. If collaborators can make visual comments in section below - how do they do it? Do I have to make each client (collaborator) create their own Wrike account and they must log in each time?
Hi Vladimir, thank you for your post and welcome to the Wrike Community! Collaborators have the same permissions as all other users on the account when using Proofing. This feature is only accessible within Wrike, so if you want a non-Wrike user to review an attachment you will need to add them to the account as a Collaborator first. To invite team members you need to be a regular user on the account. Any further questions on this, let me know!
