Project Overview in Dashboards

I see that everything is broken down in views by task - is there any way to see these same views (dashboard) at the project level?  Any way to List who the Project Manager is and have that be a sortable field in dashboards as well?

Hi Amanda, thanks for your post. I understand what you're asking but let me know if I'm incorrect. If you could provide me with a use case or example of your Folder set-up that would be great too.
 
If you're looking to set up a Dashboard or any view where you see the parent Folder/Project(s) rather then a task you might find this post, Project Overview, useful. Some members have provided some solutions for this as well as Anastasia from the Community team.
