Is there a way to set up so when a requested task that comes in via request form is completed the requester gets notified?

I have this same question. I have requesters (collaborator accounts) outside of our department who use one of the request forms we've created to request projects or tasks. When my team is complete, I would like a system notification via email to let the requester know his/her project request is done.
Hi Joanne, if the requesters have Collaborator accounts, then they will be able to get email notifications when the task is complete. They just need to make sure the option next to "A task’s dates, assignee, or status changes" is checked. Let me know if that helps!
