Hi Troy, thank you for posting your question! While there are no read receipts in Wrike, here’s a couple of ways for your coworkers to notify you that they've read your comment:
React to your comment with an emoji (for example, with a checkmark). To add a reaction: hover over a comment and click on the emoji icon (that looks like a smiley face with a plus sign), then choose a reaction from the picker:
@mention you in their comment so that you receive an Inbox notification and immediately know that your comment was read.
