I am enjoying the new Work Item View, however, there are some functions that are missing that are crucial to operations.
📌 Unable to Make a "Recurrent Item" or edit an existing "Recurrent Item"
If I had made the item recurring before switching to the Work Item View, it is still functioning and reoccurring correctly, but I can not make a new reoccurring item or edit any existing rules/information
📌 Unable to "email changes to this task"
We currently click the hyperlink to "email changes to this task" to copy in client emails/communications. We add the email link as a "contact" within our mail system so that there is a record in Wrike of what has been communicated.
Overall, I love the clean look of the new Work Item View, but these two functions we use regularly and it has discouraged my team from taking advantage of the new view.
