[Status: Backburner ⏳] Need a way to give users multiple Job Roles
I need a way to be able to assign multiple job roles in Wrike to each user. We have many situations where 2 users are both qualified to do 1 task but the next task only 1 of them is. An example of this is a supervisor of a group is able to do the same tasks as their subordinates but the subordinate can not do all of the same tasks as the supervisor. Being only able to assign a user a single role is making it difficult for us to set up blue prints correctly.

We are also interested in this as we have people with different skill sets that we want to be able to assign to different aspects of our projects. Whilst being able to see if that specialty is overloaded.

I require this feature also please. We need to assign jobs for animation, logo design, graphics etc that Creatives are often multi-skilled at.
Ideally you could extend this feature such that you could assign skill levels also; so if I'm looking at my resourcing, I could see that 3 people could all do logo design however I'd prefer to use the resource that has 3 stars than 2. Quick mockup
I was looking at using Wrike over Asana for this feature, but now that I've learnt about not having multiple roles this feature is actually of next to no use to me unfortunately. Back to the drawing board...

This is something our team needs as well. We bill at different rates for different types of work and one person may be doing both. We need to know how many hours are being spent in each of those types to calculate billing. We use categories in the timelog as well however, I have not found a way to allocate rates there either.

This would be an amazing function for our team, echoing many of the thoughts of other comments above. Our team recently upgraded to the Pinnacle plan and are working toward fully utilizing the new benefits soon. The benefit of a highly talented team is that our people can wear many different hats and I would love to be able to view those hats as we assign projects.

I was checking with our product team to see if there's an update for this suggestion, and here's what's happening: our team understands the need here and is aware of the amount of interest for giving users multiple job roles. This idea isn't currently on the roadmap, but the team plans to revisit this topic in the second half of this year, so we're hoping to be able to provide you with an update then 👍

I am adding my voice to this, as it would be very helpful for our workflow. We have people who fall under multiple job rolls, so it would be great to have the option to assign them to multiple Wrike job rolls. Taking it one step farther, a great addition would be if you could assign a person to a task under a certain job. So for one task Joe Smith is a video editor, and another task Joe Smith is a graphic designer.

We are going into billing and budgeting now and also have user with different skill sets and therefore different prices.
Another vote! Our team has a basic role of account manager but sometimes step into other roles on different projects. Would need to be able to tag them in both groups.
