Hello! I am not sure if this is the correct place to post, but I was on the Wrike Webinar today and had a question that they said to post in the community page so others could see and to also receive a more in depth answer.

My question was for the pivot table that was made after exporting a report to excel, are the changes that are made to table done in Wrike or Excel?

Thank you!

Hey Allison Phillips!ย ย

The pivot table reads from the data that is copy and pasted in from the excel export.ย  So... updates are made in Wrike.ย  When you want to update the pivot table in excel, you export your Wrike report.ย  Copy, paste, and your table will update.ย ย

Is that helpful?

I've been struggling with how to prioritize my own work in Wrike. Took 15 minutes to copy your Eisenhower Matrix method, which I was familiar with but yours is an amazing application of Wrike to get it into that.ย

My concern with doing that is that everyone else will (1) see my priority, which obviously might be different than theirs, and (2) they may all want to add their own, so wouldn't we end up with a ton of folders on every task? Or since the folders are in my personal space, will they not show to everyone else?

Thanks for these sessions. I'm really enjoying Coffee with Wrike.ย

Hey Lisa! Glad to see the matrix approach was a win for you!

You are correct on the personal space. The folder tags are only visible to the people they are shared with. Folders in the personal space are private on creation.

Patrick
