Save your external review invitees
Love the new invite feature for approvals with people outside of Wrike. Would be great if folks previously added were saved, so I can re-add them to reviews without having to re-enter all of their information.

Austin, can you explain your use case a little more? I wonder if we have a similar issue with old employee's, but not entirely sure.
Hi Tim,
I'm referring to the new feature where you can invite a user who doesn't have Wrike account into the Approvals module to provide review.
When I add someone, if I want to add the same person in another task, it doesn't remember folks that I've previously added to review, so I have to re-enter their email and name again. I am hoping the system can remember who has previously been added, with auto-fill functionality similar to @ tagging people.
To expand a bit further, another option I would be OK with, would be adding folks as Collaborators but being able to limit their ability to see Task comments.
Austin - that makes a lot more sense, thanks for clarifying that for me. We don't use that module yet, but I could see where remembering the users name after completing the form once would be a big time saver.
We are interested in using Guest Reviewer. We will always require the password be enabled and download be available. Could you add a feature that allows us to define the default set up for Guest Reviewer to use across our entire account? This would make sure that someone doesn't accidentally send something out that isn't password protected. (There is a lot of clicking to do to unhide these necessary options and to enable them each time we send something to review.)
I agree w/ Austin. Having the emails for previous reviewers auto populate would be a huge convenience and time saver!
Hey everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback here! For now this feature isn't on the roadmap; I'll make sure to get back to you if that changes.

It would be awesome if Wrike would maintain the guest reviewers names and email addresses so that when you need to send to them in the future, they are easily available as you start typing them into the Invite Guest Reviewers window. This would save having to go track those email addresses down each time.
May be an option to identify the review team somewhere on the task so when you add a file to review you can opt to send it to either the internal or external review team or to both?
I don't want to add these users as collaborators because I only want them to have access to their files for review so that's not an option here.
Hi Lisa,
Is there any updates on this request being implemented into Wrike? I see it was roadmapped in March 2019.. It seems like an easy update but I could be wrong. This saved reviewer list would be super helpful for our team.
Hi Corrina Deck, welcome to the Community! 🙂
Unfortunately, this suggestion is not on the short-term roadmap. I'll keep an eye here and let you know once anything changes 👍

Hoping this makes it to the roadmap sooner than later -- Not only would it be ideal for the Wrike Proof system to remember guest reviewers for easy add to any proof, it would be amazing if the same guest reviewers were auto-populated from version to version. We regularly have 10+ reviewers and it is cumbersome to remember all email addresses and manually add them one at a time. If this issue isn't resolved in the near future, my team is talking about possibly having to move to a new proofing platform that's more user friendly for Project Managers.
Hi Julie Berger, welcome to the Community 🙂
There are no plans to implement this at the moment but thank you for sharing your feedback and insight here, we've passed this on to the team.
As this suggestion's vote count remains relatively low, it is yet to receive a status here. The more votes an idea has, the more the team will see the demand for it, so please do encourage others to share their support for this idea. You can check out this post for more information on how we work with Product Feedback.
If there's anything else I can help with do let me know 👍

Pretty nutty that this is still not a feature of Wrike. We're only talking about autofill, a feature that's been standard on web browsers and other software since the 90s.
