It's back! Create a Timeline Snapshot from the Timeline View. If you created a Snapshot from the old Timeline, you'll see those on the new Timeline now.ย

Turn Email Threads into Tasks
Picture this: you're in Outlook using our add-in, you have an email thread, and you turn an email in that thread into a task. What happens next? You can turn other emails in the thread into subtasks of the main task. Don't worry, you can stillย add themย as comments to the main task if you want.ย

External Users and Folder Tagsย
For a couple of weeks, External Users couldn't tag items (Tasks, Folders, and Projects) with Folders and Projects. Now they can.ย
Turn Email Threads into Tasks, HOW?
Hi Ben, you create subtasks the same way you create a task, but because you already created a task from this email thread you'll be given the option; 'Create a subtask' ๐
