Request Forms - Customised Auto Reply

With the email that is sent to someone who fills in a request form, the bottom of the email states it is from Wrike and the fine print says to contact Wrike support for any issues.

This is quiet misleading as it may result in someone contacting Wrike to follow up on the submitted request.

I want to use this feature but cannot do so until I can customise/modify the signature/fineprint section.

Hoping this could potentially be a quick one to fix.

Hi Yusef, this post has come at a great time. Our Product Team are in the early discussions around making enhancements to Request forms. If and when I have more specific details I'll share them here and for now, I'll make sure the team is made aware of this request! Thanks for your idea 🙂

I agree on the user request forms, each one should have its own email response. Its very hard to customize the email to fit all the different request forms sent to external.

I'm hoping this is a quick fix.

Since intake forms can be customized, could we also customize their response email for EACH intake form? For example, we have multiple teams using our Wrike account with multiple intake forms, however my team works with random collaborators who aren't familiar with Wrike so we'd like to offer additional training/information on their response email so they can better educate themselves on the tool for the project at hand. Our other department teams don't need this because they collaborate among themselves.
