Help Us Shape Your Learning: Suggest Topics for Upcoming Wrike Training Sessions and Webinars ๐ก
Mostrato in alto In evidenzaHi everyone ๐
We're always looking for ways to enhance your Wrike experience and ensure you're getting the most out of our platform. That's why we continue to host a series of instructor-led training sessions on the Wrike Discover platform and customer webinars, designed to provide you with valuable insights and practical knowledge.
But we need your help ๐ We want these sessions to be as beneficial and relevant as possible, so we're asking for your input. What topics are you interested in learning more about? Are there specific challenges you're facing or features you'd like to explore in more depth?
Here are a few examples of potential topics:
- Advanced task and project management techniques in Wrike
- Best practices for using Wrike in remote teams
- How to maximize productivity with Wrike's Gantt chart
- Tips and tricks for using Wrike Integrate
- Exploring the capabilities of Wrike's new features
Please feel free to suggest topics along these lines or any other areas you're interested in. Your input is invaluable in helping us tailor these sessions to your needs.
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions! ๐

- structuring Wrike in an accessible but functional way for various types of projects
- improving uptake in users. We have a lot of users but people are still defaulting to email/IM, and I'm not sure why.
As someone in an organization where members are still struggling to embrace Wrike, I always love any live trainings with examples of how organizations (especially smaller organizations) have embraced and benefitted from Wrike.
-I love more AI examples. Even using AI for setting development goals for the team would be helpful.ย
-More types of automation. We've set up some, but more examples makes it easier for us to see and build on our own to make it even better.ย
This is a great idea!
Here's my top list:
I would really like to see a focused session on the reporting and analytics capabilities, especially sharing best practices, tips and tricks relating to the capabilities of Analyze.
A focused session for Administrators would also be great, especially around account setup, monitoring, best practices and promoting adoption.
It'd be great to get a run down of best practices for sharing work across teams/spaces. Describing use cases for shared services teams and also client facing product creators. In which cases should teams be using request forms, designating phases for each team within a project blueprint, or simply cross-tagging tasks/projects between two spaces?
I would also like to see something about setting up your space(s) with folders structures and why/how different set ups work for different situations.
Wrike admin and tidy up - keeping your wrike file tidy and uncluttered, regular "clean up" tasks for admins?
ย
I would like to:
- Have targeted information on how to best use workspaces (when to divide into departments and when it is better to do one space for all)
- Understand best how to subdivide within spaces the different projects of the same client (grouping it in a folder or not)
- Wrike Sync how to make the most of it
- Manage customer requests like a ticketing software to give visibility to the customer of how the activities they report to us are progressing
- how to make large projects in Wrike (structure for projects >1 year) with effort estimation (long term planning at project start, short term tasks as you can not plan all detailed tasks at the beginning)
- how to make reporting about estimated effort (at project start) compared to real used effort per project, per task, per person
- milestone trend analysis - how to make it in Wrike?
I'd love to hear how other companies (specifically software development if there are any) get their resources (departments other than PM) to embrace working with Wrike - using dashboards, entering time, creating tasks for themselves, etc.
Also, how companies determine project requirements and how those are estimated and split between sprints.
ย - I would like to see more training and ideas for Request forms, specifically around integrating Custom Fields and the rules around their use.ย ย
Having more examples of using forms with workflows would be nice to.ย Tying the two together is so powerful, it would be nice to have a handful of examples to show people.
I echo the ideas above, especially interactive and hands on sessions where customers can share best practices and there is discussion.
I just completed the Wrike deployment and Wrike Report Mastery: Silver certifications and thought both were great introductions to Wrike, however I would like to see more either 1:1 or potentially have the option to attend small group (10-20 users and a Wrike expert) q&a sessions with blueprint, automations, and upper level report training. Also - industry or setup specific webinars for other companies that operate similar to mine to have opportunities to see how others have built out their custom tasks tied to automations, to have more of a high level understanding to brainstorm ideas. Thank you.ย ย
How to succeed in using Wrike for processes that interact with multiple spaces. How to make sure cross-tagging works well and how to link projects together or launch new tickets in the sister spaces.ย
Huge thanks for your suggestions here, everyone! I shared your suggestions with our team ๐

Our org would love to see we can begin using advanced task and project management techniques in Wrike. We have just started to embrace Wrike but some of my colleagues want to use Wrike to its fullest potential.
I want to add that it would be great if the current documentation could be updated to encompass all of the recent changes and updates like Lightspeed.
Love all the ideas above! Especially a session specifically for Wrike admins and a session on reporting and Wrike Analyse.ย
I'd love a session focused on best practices for Marketing Creative teams (who produce ads, collateral, etc.)
Inspired by this and curious if anything exists like it for creative teams: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/21540151195927-Manufacturing-User-Group
Big thanks for your ideas, we love them ๐
Russell Sprague We're working on it ๐
Emily Lillya I'd suggest creating a separate post with a call out to Marketing Creative teams; if there are many users who'd be interested, we'll be happy to set up a separate forum for you ๐

Would love to see automation examples using the request forms but also the status updates or custom fields. I know there has been some new development in this area.
Hi everyone! We've just announced an upcoming session based on your ideas, but we need your help to prepare it! Please share your use cases and ideas in this thread ๐
