- New Table View - Mass-Rollup And Mass-Assign Available ๐ฅ
More mass actions are now available in the new Table view!
We recently added custom fields rollup, but it was only possible to enable it for individual items.
Now, you can enable it in the column settings for multiple items. Just click the three-dot button on the column, hover over Calculate subitems and select which items you want to roll up data for. Please note that roll-up is available for Number, Percent, Currency, and Duration-type fields.
You can also mass assign users from now on. Just check some tasks on the view, click Assignee in the toolbar, and select the relevant option.
- Space Automation Available for All Items ๐ค
Before: Automation rules in spaces only allowed automating space-level Custom item types.
Now: You can select all types of items in space automation including regular tasks and projects and account-level custom item types. Plus, you can specify where the rule will apply: in the entire space or in up to 10 specific folders/projects within the space.

- Item View - Following for Project-Based Items Added ๐ถ
We added the Follow/Unfollow and Edit followers menu options to the Item view of project-based items. If you follow a project, you'll start receiving updates for changes in the project and in all the items within it.

Calculate subitems is not behaving as roll up / aggregate (sum) once did, this is causing mass confusion throughout the team and in one case removed all the data in a users Revenue field. There is also no undo button in the case that this Calculate subitems action ruins something for the Project Manager.
