Inbox doesn't update automatically

When I input a task into Wrike without a sub-folder, it goes into Inbox (a-la GTD). But when I go to process it, if I move the task into a folder/project, it doesn't get removed from the Inbox for a while. A small delay - like updating every 20-30 seconds - would be helpful in case I want multiple tags. But as is, I have to refresh the list manually to clear what I  have processed. This is on the desktop version, and a separate issue from the mobile version not updating at all.

Hi Chris, thanks for your post.

I want to make sure I understand fully what action you're taking here. When you say you input a task into Wrike Inbox, do you mean your Wrike Inbox or a Folder you've created called 'Inbox'?

When the task is moved, is it slightly greyed out for a few seconds before moving from the Folder? This may be normal behavior to ensure you can see what action was taken, rather than it just disappearing from your Workspace.

Please let me know if I've misunderstood anything here 👍

- Wrike Inbox. In other words, the place tasks go if they are not assigned to any folder. This appears to work properly in folders. But the inbox has to be manually refreshed.

- I am not talking about the glitchy behavior when adding/modifying every single task about greying out and going to the top, and/or appearing then disappearing then reappearing while hindering the responsiveness of Wrike to clicks then forcing the task to be selected even if you did manage to select something else in that time. That's a separate bug I've not bothered to report because frankly I've given up on the fact that Wrike actually does anything with bug reports or feature requests, so this will probably be my last message on these forums incidentally.

Hi Chris, I'm sorry to hear this.

We take all bugs reports and feature requests very seriously. This helps us understand if something isn't working the way it should, and feedback provides new insights into how people use, or want to use, Wrike which has created direct enhancements and new updates to Wrike.

Although not all requests can be fulfilled straight away due to capabilities or other essential works, we're very thankful for the feedback and it's reviewed constantly by our teams. The integrated system we use on the Community ensures all feedback is accounted for, reported weekly to our Product Managers and discussed internally.

I've raised a ticket to our Support Team who can take note of the bugs you've mentioned and discuss further. We hope to see you back here posting soon 👍
