TL;DR: AI Agents can now run multiple independent actions per trigger and be tested per action in Playground; the Template & Solution Center has a modernized interface and smarter search across all template types; a new Apex plan launches (with Wrike Whiteboard, Integrate, Sync, and Databases) while Enterprise becomes legacy; and the Wrike Community is currently read-only as it migrates to a new platform launching February 2, 2026.

- AI Agents: Multi-Action Agents Now Available โ๏ธย ย
You can now configure AI Agents to execute multiple actions per trigger, enabling more powerful and flexible automations.

Whatโs new?
- Multiple sequential actions โ Configure more than one action for the same trigger. The previous limitation of โupdate one field OR post a commentโ no longer applies.
- Independent actions โ Each action runs independently. If one action fails, the others still execute, making your agents more resilient.ย
- Per-action testing in Playground โ Test each action separately before deployment:

- ย ย Pick a sample itemย ย
- ย ย Validate behavior (no real changes are made during testing)ย ย
Your current agents continue to work as they, no changes needed. To start using multiple actions:ย
1. Edit your agentย ย
2. Click โ+ Actionโ ย
3. Configure the additional actionsย ย
4. Test each action individually in Playgroundย ย
5. Deploy when ready

- Template & Solution Center: New Design & Smarter Search ๐
The Template & Solution Center has a fresh new look and some powerful improvements to make finding and using templates easier and faster!

-Modernized gallery experience โ Enjoy a refreshed, more intuitive interface that makes browsing, previewing, and selecting templates smoother.
-Improved search โ Search results now include Custom Templates and Community Templates alongside templates built by our Solutions team, so you can discover all relevant options in one place.

- Apex Plan: New Wrike Plan ๐ฅ
Weโre introducing Apex, a new plan for organizations that need to connect strategy, execution, and workflow data on a single, high-performance platform with enterprise-grade security. Apex will be available for accounts created on or after January 21, 2026.

Whatโs included?
Apex includes everything available on the Free, Team, Business, and Pinnacle plans, plus additional capabilities:
-Wrike Whiteboard โ Visual collaboration with diagramming, interactive presentations, voting, and the ability to convert whiteboard content into structured work items.
-Wrike Integrate โ Connect Wrike with hundreds of external tools and automate workflows across systems.
-Wrike Sync โ Two-way syncs with other systems so teams can work in their preferred tools while staying aligned.
-Wrike Databases โ Bring data from multiple sources into Wrike for integrated workflows and unified reporting.
Note: With Apexโs introduction, the Enterprise plan becomes a legacy plan and will no longer be available for purchase after January 21, 2026 (existing Enterprise accounts can continue using it).
