New System Field Triggers 📌
The list of available triggers just got (much) bigger, including the following options: Start and Due date, Assignee, Duration, Importance, Name (Title), and Description 🔥
You can also determine when to action the triggers: if a value has been added, removed or changed 🤖 Combined with the option to add conditions, the new possibilities opened by these enhancements are a total game-changer!
Also, more fields are to be added in the future, we will share the updates with you soon 😉
New Action to Change a Custom Field Value 📌
Triggers are not the only update we have! We added a new action to automation: “Change custom field”! It will allow you to automatically change the value of a specific custom field. This way, you can now remove, change or add a specific value for the custom field, depending on the relevant trigger and conditions.
At the moment, the option is available for checkbox custom fields, but more types will be included among the options in the near future. Stay tuned for the updates, we know that many of you have been supporting this suggestion 😉
