Hello Stephen.
I have the same problem as Justin, I checked the specification of my company logo (following your recommendation) and the image look not good.
Thanks for you're help on this.

Hi guys, thanks for your feedback here. It will be logged with our Product Team.
It would be great if you could post here and let us know what the image looks like and in what way you think improvements could be made. Thank you!
Sorry Stephen, I just noticed the responses to my request. I've uploaded the correct size but the resolution of the image is too low to not look pixelated/blurry on a higher resolution screen (currently on a MBP 15" retina and 4k secondary monitor). Allowing for SVG files to be uploaded would alleviate any scaling problems.
Hi Justin, thanks for coming back here and adding the detail. Your suggestion will be compiled with the reports for our Product Team to review. If I have an update I'll be sure to post here 👍
Hi Stephen,
I’m also looking for the same functionality to upload an SVG logo for our company rather than a PNG file. The logo looks extremely pixelated on a retina-based monitor.
Below is a screenshot of the PNG logo:
Below is a screenshot of the SVG logo (I added it via my browser as an example):
Currently, the Wrike logo is an SVG file, so I would imagine this should be easy to implement. Are there any updates the company has made for us to use SVG logo files?
Best,
Ryan
Dear Wirke team,
i am new at Wirke and also try to brand our account with customized logo. I think this is important for our design agency branding, but it is not possible to lo let it look precise and sharp. Is it possible to upload svg files - this would be the best way.
BR Claus
Our designers have tried all sorts of ways to make our logo appear somewhat professional when uploaded to Wrike, to no avail. This is a really big problem as our brand guidelines are strict and part of the reason we signed the contract with Wrike was that we believed delivering request forms and the ability to guest review would be more professional with Wrike's white label ability.
Are there any manual fixes to this, or is it on the near roadmap? I notice the community has been asking for this since 2017.
Thanks
same question, same problems as above - I found no solution to get a clear logo : mine is always terribly blurred and unreadable !!
I'm also concerned that this topic is open since 2017 : is this that hard to fix ??
Hi everyone, thank you for your feedback here. Currently, SVG file upload is not planned. I'd suggest converting PNG to SVG, you'll only need to do it once 👍 If I have news from our Product team about this suggestion, I'll make sure to get back to you here 🙂

Hi Lisa,
Converting from SVG to PNG is not the problem, the problem is the PNG logo looks extremely pixelated on most devices. I see this being asked for 2 years now and I"m also trying to figure out a solution for it. I followed the suggested sizes and tried everythig and the logo still looks terrible.
Also having the issue over here.
I add my voice to others!
Hey guys, just jumping in to let you know that there are currently no updates on this. I'll let you know as soon as I have one for you!
Any further update?
The logo looks blurry on a "retina" display, which is all Macs in productions, and many PCs.
If we were able to simple upload a PNG twice the resolution that would fix this.
Thanks for confirming, Hugh.
That's a real shame. I understand that features need to be prioritised. I was hoping that this would be relatively simple to implement, and given that it has a big impact on how a company looks it would be considered.
It just looks like I don't know what I'm doing and have uploaded a low resolution version of my logo.
What's worse is that Wrike's logo looks nice and crisp in comparison 😉
Hi Wrike Team,
Just another request for this fix. It's awkward having our logo appear blurry when everything else in the interface looks sharp. Plenty of other systems support svg for logos - how difficult can it be?
Please implement this simple but important fix so we can maintain a positive and professional brand impression for our users.
Thanks!
Any updates on this? It's 2021 now, would be nice to see if anything has changed here (from what I can see it's still only let's me uploaded a png, and the quick preview doesn't look good).
Hi Lara, thanks for checking in here.

Hi, rather than SVG, could it just not compress the image we upload so much? I've uploaded a 480px wide file and it downsamples it to 120px wide which looks bad even on HD monitors but on my 4k screen its a blurry mess. Can the width just be set to 480px so it is 4 times the size? We are still only talking a few KBs here. Cheers
Hi Dean Wright, welcome to the Community 👋🏻
Thank you for adding your feedback here, I've passed it on to our Product team. Please be sure to upvote the original post if you haven't yet 👍🏼
It's getting kind of ridiculous for it set to be 120x24 pixels in 2022... the whole sidebar is now much wider, the height is extreme restrictive. 120x24 on a Full HD ->4K is such a insignificant piece of space. I don't think the fact that this threads doesn't get enough upvotes wouldn't matter any more in this case, this should be picked up in the general layout changes, it feel like a piece of legacy code from 2005...
I can't believe in 2022 we're stuck with TWENTY FOUR pixels in height for a company's logo, that's less than Windows 3.1's 1989 icon dimension, literally, the MSDOS prompt icon couldn't fit in the space Wrike gives us to insert our company's brand. Wow.
Hi folks! Thank you for bumping this thread! Although the suggestion here is yet to receive a Product status, we understand that this is important for you here. We continue to check with the team, and as soon as we have an update from them, we'll make sure to let you know.

Hi, has there been any update to this yet please? We're still facing the same problem the original requestor posted in 2017...
We use Wrike forms externally, and the current logo size/format restrictions means our logo looks extremely blurry/pixelated, so we cannot use it
very interested in this change!
6 years on from the initial request and Wrike still aren't supporting a fairly standard logo file type? It can't be more than a 10 minute job surely?
