Wrike Bot notification is too slow for dependent tasks

For tasks with tasks in a dependency chain and or tasks with subtasks it can take anywhere from one to two hours for Wrike Bot to deliver the notification to the next responsible assignee.

I think one to two hours is too slow, especially for fast-paced work in order to meet a tight deliverable. In these cases, we end up having to send an email or mention them in Wrike which doubles the work to notify users. Ideally, I would like to see this sped up to a maximum of 10 minutes between the task is complete and the next user getting a notification.

It seems to take some time as well for regular tasks sometimes 15-20min, i have been looking at our mail delivery thinking it was our filter but it seems its slow from Wrike.

Hi guys, sorry for the late reply, I was checking this out for you with our Product Team. The delay here may be caused by a difference in timezone between the setting on your computer and your Wrike account setting. 
 
Can you please check that both are set to the same timezone. If this doesn't help, let me know and I'll raise this with our Support Team to investigate further.

We are also dealing with this same issue. It would be great if the notification was sent immediately after the task's previous dependency is marked as completed.

Hi guys, thanks for posting. The Wrike Bot can take up to an hour to provide the notification. I assume you want this to react quicker so I'm moving this to the Product Feedback section where it will get the exposure needed.
