Company Logo should be available to be applied to Request Forms and confirmations sent after submission
Presently the company logo does not apply to Request Forms that are created or the confirmation emails that are sent to users after the request form is submitted. To brand communications properly, clients need to be able to apply their company logo to these communication pieces.
Hi Brenda, at the moment you are able to add a logo to external Request forms, it's the same logo that you would use for a branded Workspace. Can you let me know if you do that and the logo isn't appearing?
We've definitely heard that people would also like the follow-up email that's sent to also be branded. For that request, could you add a +1 to Jamie's post?
Yes, we have applied the transparent logo to the external request form but its quite small and we would prefer that we be able to use our color logo and have it a bit larger as well.
I have tried to add the +1 to the linked post you provided but I can't access the post.
Hi Brenda, I apologize, it looks like the link broke. You can find the post to +1 here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001606125-Customising-Wrike-Email-Autoresponder-to-External-Form-Submissions.
Thanks for the correct link. I've followed it and supported the request - seems like a popular request from a lot of customers :).
Hi Brenda, yes, it's definitely something we've heard and I guarantee it's a conversation we have with our Project Team when we go over feedback.
Yep I have the branded logo appearing on the Request Form page.
But NO branded logos or sign off signature or footer links to our company, all goes to Wrike which can be very confusing and misleading to our customers / users submitting the form.
This has become an issue internally here as well. Our workspace is branded and the task update emails can have the branding but the request form confirmation emails are branded Wrike. I have been asked if the space for our logo on the forms page could be larger as well so that we could use our full logo. The biggest issue is in having the confirmation email using our brand, not the Wrike brand.
+1 to all of the above.
The main issue we have is that confirmation emails contain a reference number/code and naturally when following up on the progress of their request customers cite this, but unfortunately it does not mean anything to the form admins and/or those who receive the requests to action.
Also agree here. We need a way to customize all emails going out to users with our company information. Our users are just starting out and are confused a bit between the two different brands as of now. This would include the To-Do email that gets sent out and really any email to any user.
I feel like this is now implemented.... see screenshot. This window is found in Account Management > Request Forms> Configure emails (top right)
