Where does approved/rejected comments go to

Dear All,

We created a feature request form where we can receive FRs from various teams into a folder we have created in Wrike. The issue now is that the responsible approved person who either approves or reject feature request in the folder we have created for these FRs can't see where his comments on the  various requests goes to.  My Question is that where in Wrike can one track the comments that pops up after you have approved or rejected?
