Request Forms -> Confirmation Email Template

It would be nice to create multiple confirmation emails when users submit a request form. We have multiple departments that create specific request forms tailored to their workflows, it would be neat to add a different response to each one (or have the option) instead of having only one response for all of them (i.e. describing next steps/turnaround time/additional links). This option would allow us to make the request more personable too instead of having the same response for a dozen request forms.

Great idea! Request forms are for sure one of Wrikes best features and this will add a lot! Especially now when you are also able to communicate with the requester.

I too would like the ability to have multiple email templates. We have several standardized emails we use with our customers including confirmation of a new order, order complete, order shipping with cost and several others. Currently, we have a Notepad file with our messages, but it is tedious to copy the desired message every time, especially when sending a message to a client for review. The ability to save messages within the review pop up and the email message would be very helpful and save time. 

I would also like to be able to send messages to multiple people at one time. The email feature only allows for an email to the original requester. (This applies to guest users and not @mentions.) I'm don't know if this issue has been addressed in a separate thread.

AGREED!!!  We have multiple teams using different request forms and the email template has to be so generic that it almost seems like junk mail.  Let us know if this feature is ever put into production.

I really wish I can do this.  I would like to add a link to another form to complete after current form is complete.

Hi Debbie Keighton, thank you for supporting this idea and for sharing your use case with us. In your specific case, I believe you could find the 'Email Communication With External Requesters' feature useful. Even though this wouldn't allow you to send the message automatically, you could use this feature to send an email to the external requester directly from the task, informing them that they may or need to submit a second request. Would that work for you?
