First Time Right (FTR) analytics report

Hi all, I need help desperately. I really want to measure the FTR for various workspaces (teams) and can't work out how to do it!

The easiest way to measure this I suspect would be to have a report detail the amount of times any task hit each status. So it went 'new' once, 'amend' four times, 'client review' twice, and 'completed' once. So I can surmise there were 3 amends, 2 of which were internal and 1 from the client. I can't seem to make a report that shows this.
Can anyone help with this OR suggest another way to report on rework and FTR?

Hello Richard McIlrath, I'm not so familiar with the FTR approach but for reporting purposes, I think creating a Workflow Report could help you in your use case?

Hi Richard McIlrath, sure! I suggested using a Workflow report since it shows when status was changed from one status to another, statuses that were not used, the percentage of tasks that have changed from one status to another during the specified time period. This report only shows data from one custom workflow so if you have multiple workflows in use, you'd need to create different reports for each.

May I ask if you've tested the report, and what can I clarify better? Thanks!

Ah I see, yeah that sounds great, but I see it's only available on Business and Enterprise, and our Marketers/Business account with Analyze doesn't seem to show this report?

Hi Richard McIlrath, Workflow Reports are currently offered in Wrike Labs, as a potential permanent feature. In order to access it, you'd need to enable it through Wrike Labs
