Wrike Guest Reviews Email Address

If Wrike could remember the emails that we use for guest reviewers that would be great. Always having to find and copy and paste each time.

Susan Scott and Lisa Completely agree. I'd add to Susan's request and say that my team uses guest reviews even with folks who are users of the app simply because you're afforded the opportunity to provide a brief introductory message to a proof (which isn't available in the "user reviews" functionality). Because we use guest reviews for anyone reviewing proofs, the process of adding individuals individually to the guest review form is tedious but a necessary evil. This seems like a fix that would streamline the review process for so many teams. 

If "user reviews" had the ability to send a custom message with the proof to give reviewers context, we'd adopt that function wholeheartedly, but until that miracle happens, I'd settle for just not having to enter individual email addresses over and over.

Seconded! This would be great in helping adoption of guest reviews for those with frequent reviewers. Without the feature, it tempts just sending proofs/documents through email again if you already have to go back to outlook anyway to look up the address(es).

Alicia Parker I do see an opportunity to add a brief preface/description now when initiating a file approval for other wrike users—that might help you a little bit. Though, I don't know how this shows up to the approver when they receive it. I initiate approvals far more than they are flagged for me to do because most of our team just @s people in the comments instead.

Just found this thread, but I'd love to throw my support around this issue! It drives me crazy every time I have to send out a proof. Please provide a status update or put it on the roadmap.

It's been 4 years since this issue was brought up, and it's been an issue for multiple users. If it's not on the roadmap now, it likely never will be. I've seen people seek review outside of Wrike's platform to get around this issue, which is not helpful for us as users.
