Dashboard Navigation
It would be helpful if you could navigate to Dashboards from a link in the top ribbon rather than having to go back to the home page to get there. The same could be said for "My To Do".

We use it all the time in our company. Its a constant element that just works and makes it easy to get to anywhere from anywhere. We have all removed the new homepage layout because even though all the items in the left hand menu seems like a good idea, it was difficult to navigate to other sections of the site without having to scroll right to the top of the page/left hand menu. The 9 dots would help this UX across the site. Bring it back please or make it an option?
