Wrike Slow lately
Our Wrike the last couple weeks is slow & getting slower, tasks take min to open & uploads of simple 1 page attachments to tasks take so long they time out.
Our internet is fast & working well for all other applications

I hadn't noticed this before but it is painfully slow this morning.
Our team has been struggling these last few weeks - reports that Wrike is slow / not loading across multiple browsers, at varying times, in several countries.
@... do you have a recommended checklist for troubleshooting? I know this question pops up occasionally, and I was hoping you had some insight (vs. a wave of support tickets).
Not only is Wrike very slow this morning but I'm also having trouble tagging people and assigning them to a task. Are other people having this issue?
I know Wrike had some major outages this morning (as we were one of the companies affected by it). After it all came back up and running we're now faster than we were before. Not sure if that's the case for other people or not though.

Hi @... and @..., just read this thread - I have been experiencing immense probles with WRIKE the last few weeks and it is not getting any better. It takes forever to load, I can not even scroll down in one move, it stops continuously in between. I do not see all file attachments in tasks and the loading of tasks takes up to 3 minutes. Please let me know as soon as possible what is going on and how we can fix this. My team members at our company experience the same problems. I already sent an email to the support team. Thanks a lot.

I am still experiencing a lot of slowness in the app this morning. I have restarted, cleared cache in the app, have a strong internet connection, etc. It is sprint turnover day and I am doing a lot of task/project/folder movement as well as status updates and reassignments. Super slow!

Hello! I have been experiencing slowness in the app. I just installed the latest version and it is extremely slow (loading filters, adding comments etc). Any help would be much appreciated!

Same here, in the last months Wrike web version takes more than 10 seconds to open tasks, that is very unproductive when we need to open and update several tasks in a row.

Hi, as previous speakers we are experiencing very slow loading times. This is business critical to us. Is this a database issue that you have on your side, since the problem still occurs after 3 years?

Hi, we are really losing Wrike acceptance from our internal customers because of the bad Wrike performance. The new lightning UI makes everything even worse. Because it seems that Wrike is not motivated to improve the performance, can you recommend a competitive system to migrate to?
We received information that our dataset was causing the issues. Unfortunately, I believe it's due to how Wrike has built its database. It shouldn't take this long to load, especially with only around 50 projects. What we've done to make it a bit faster is to start working with Dashboards and create views that different stakeholders can use. Working with folders and creating views there doesn't work. It took about 10 seconds for all the data to finish loading.
Changing systems is costly and not guaranteed to provide faster response times. Wrike's functionality is good, but there are, of course, some weaknesses. We hope they can address these issues in the future.

I've also created an Archive space and automation rules for tasks and projects which move them to the Archive space if the Completion status does not change in 30 days.
