Email confirmations
My requestors have not been receiving email confirmations of their form submissions. The email appears to be set up correctly. Are there any trouble shooting steps I can take?

My requestors/submitters have not been receiving email confirmations after submitting any of our external forms. The email appears to be set up correctly. Is there any help I can get for this?
Hi Sarah Boyd, please open the Request form settings and make sure that you have ticked the box next to "Add name and email fields".
After filling in the form, the external requestors will be redirected to the page where they can enter the email address and name to get copies of their responses. Please note that submitters will need to make sure that they specify it correctly.
