I no longer see it in Labs either...Im assuming it is officially released.

Yes, Guest Review feature is released, so it's disabled on accounts created prior to November 15, 2018, and it's out of Wrike Labs as well. Account admins can enable it from the Account Management section - more on this feature and how to enable it is on our Help Center page 🙌
