Admin Edit Dashboard

It's essential on our team for those with admin level permissions to be able to edit a shared dashboard, not just the dashboard's author. Can this permission be extended to admin users?

I very much agree here. 

In lacking this feature, it makes it very difficult for admins to coordinate and work to manage our projects.
