Feature Request: Option to Freeze Task Schedule (Lock Dates)

Issue:
Users can unintentionally reschedule others’ tasks by dragging, rollup effects, or dependency shifts. This can cause date changes without the task owner’s awareness, leading to misalignment and confusion in planning.

Request:
Add a “Freeze schedule” option for individual tasks similar to how milestones behave.
When enabled, the task’s start and due dates cannot be changed (manually, via drag-and-drop, or dependency rollups) unless explicitly unlocked by the task owner/assignee or admin.

Workaround:
Currently, the only way to prevent this is by limiting scheduling permissions, which is too restrictive and not practical for collaborative projects.

Why it matters:
This would prevent unintentional shifts in critical tasks while keeping collaborative flexibility for others. It ensures task owners retain control of their timelines and improves planning accuracy in complex, multi-user environments.
