Document Organization

Hi Sean Sykes how do you want to be able to organise your files within the project?  I only know how to sort via name or date order.

Sean Sykes, as Amy Hunter wrote in that list you can organize files only for name and/or date.
Is it mandatory to have all files in a single element?

I was thinking organizing in folders

Hi Sean Sykes! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Currently, Wrike does not support creating folders or subfolders within the "Info Pane" of a Project for organizing documents. However, here are a few workarounds you can try for easier access and sorting:

1. Since Wrike sorts files by name and date, using a clear naming convention (e.g., prefixing with "SOURCE_", "DRAFT_", "FINAL_") can help visually group and identify files.

2. The "Files View" allows you to see all files attached to a Project or Folder in one place, making it much easier to browse, sort, and filter files by attributes such as upload date, file type, or who uploaded them. You can access this by selecting the Files View from any Space, Folder, or Project.

3. Another workaround is to create specific tasks or subfolders within your project for different document categories (such as "Source Files," "Drafts," or "Finals"). You can then attach relevant files to these tasks or folders. While this isn’t the same as having folders within the task, it does help keep things organized and accessible.
