Filter Presets No Longer Working for Search Function

I used to be able to use filter presets in my searches and it would keep the search term and just add the filters for that preset. Now when I apply a filter preset on my search list, it removes the keyword I searched.

It was very helpful to have this! We have customer numbers attached to several tasks that are different item types, so if I wanted a particular item type to come up for that customer number, I implemented the filter.

Is this function still available?

Hi Lauren Weninger! Thank you for the post. 🙋🏻‍♀️

I tried this out, and it seems to be as you mentioned. When using preset filters, the keyword search gets removed. I've passed this information on to our product team.

Right now, using the filters from "Add more filters" option seems to keep the keyword in place. Does that work for you too?

Additionally, would it help if you create a new preset with the keyword and required filters? For example, Keyword: Flyer and Filter: On Hold. Let me know if this is useful. Thank you! 🤝
