Need "Empty/Not Empty" filters for all fields in New Dashboards

New Dashboards have "Empty/Not Empty" options for many types of custom fields but it is inconsistent. We need this option on all custom fields consistently as we often need to key off of "blanks" or "not blank" values. Most urgently needed for "User" field types so we can create widgets off of things that are "Assigned" (there is an option for "unassigned" but not one for "Assigned" and it's not realistic to have to select every single possible user that IS assigned to something as a workaround). Please consider adding this simple option. Thanks!
